The passwords for the REDDOXX console or the Admin GUI have been lost or forgotten.
Start the remote support (Webinterface -> Administration -> Services -> REDDOXX Remote Support) and contact the REDDOXX Support Team (support@reddoxx.net).
If the remote Support cannot be established, open an SSH tunnel to the appliance and contact the support team.
