Upon opening a archived mail, the error "An exception was raised on the server: GetMailTransactionFile Execption: Data does not exist" occurs.
The container might be broken.
Possibly the storage failed where the container resides. Reasons could be:
* Network Failure (Router, Switch, Networkinterfaces, Cable)
* Failure of the fileserver, that provides the share
* Insufficient access to the share, or the connection was cut on the fileserver.
The container needs to be repaired.
Contact your reseller or the REDDOXX support.
Ensure a stable network connection to the Share!
Especially using a robust protocol like NFS, ISCSI or local Disc is recommended, if using the not recommended CIFS Storage.
