In the Appliance LiveLog, following error is reported:
Process spooler error: An execption was raised on the server: GetContainerStatus Exception: ContainerConfig not found for
Each container is given an individual identification number (GUID) when it is created.
Under the GUID, the container is listed in the inventory of the MailDepot.
If a container's contents are moved into another container or migrated to a new container, the contents will be overwritten, but the GUID remains the same.
The inventory of the MailDepot still finds the old GUID upon a search, but returns the above error message because the container technically doesn't exist, although the name is correct.
Delete the old container from the inventory and replace it with the new one.
