Mounting a Container after Storage and/or Appliance crash could result in following Error:
Exception: Index is opened in written mode or wasn't successfully closed.
A Lock file in filesystem is used to prevent multiple access to containers.
This file is called "write.lock".
Mounting a container after Appliance or Storage Crash that still has this write.lock file is not possible.
The File "write.lock" inside the containers index folder needs to be deleted (for example via Windows Explorer).
In appliances with version 2030-SP1 and above, the Diagnose - Container Consistency with the option "remove write lock" can be used instead.
Check if no other process like the REDDOXX Container Utility is accessing the Container.
In this case, the write.lock file should not be removed.
