Which rules are valid for the White- and Blacklist Filters? What are the Filter criteria?

1. The search is correlated to partial strings.
The entire phrase is a part of the subject line.
This also applies for a row of words.
Spaces, or blanks, are also included in the criteria.
2. It is irrelevant if it is written in upper or lower case letters.
3. There are no wildcards.
4. Special characters are not taken into account.
