Why are all outgoing mails in the archive marked as outgoing mails? (Archive list - red arrow pointing to the left)
Is an upstream mail relay which delivers the mail to the REDDOXX in use? Or a firewall with SMTP service or a POP3 mail collector?
This device/IP address may not be entered in the Local Networks.
Make sure that this device is not included within an other defined subnet.
For single devices, the netmask for the devices/IP addresses found in the Local Networks needs to be: 255.255.255.255 (4 x 255).
