How can the installed Memory type be checked in order to upgrade Hardware Ram in Appliances running at least 2031 SP2?
The Memory Diagnose provides the Option "Show Details" to view the RAM specification.
For appliance build 2031 SP2 a hotfix is needed to be installed, this can be done by REDDOXX Support agents only.
