The internal database is broken.
This seldomly occurs, but when it happens, it is usually due to an uncontrolled shut down of the REDDOXX appliance, such as a power failure.
A repair of the database is necessary.
Contact the REDDOXX Support Team.
The repair can take up to an hour, depending upon the size of the database and the appliance.
During this time the mail traffic through the REDDOXX will stop.
