Is a user's AWL valid for other users?

No, if a user enters an Adress Whitelist in their own User Interface, the AWL is only valid for that particular user (E-mail alias).
A global AWL can be configured by the REDDOXX Administrator in the Admin Webinterface -> Spamfinder -> Address Filter.
