Why does it take so long for users to access the Spam Queue?
The storage time for the Spam and CISS queues needs to be lowered. (Admin Webinterface -> Spamfinder -> Settings)
The system will react faster if fewer mails are stored in these queues.
During the next Cleanup Process, the mails which exceed the new value will be removed.
