The REDDOXX Appliance sends a notification with the text "Virus Scanner Database patterns are older than 7 days"
The appliance checks daily whether the virus scanner database patterns are up to date and warns if this is not the case.
There are various possibilities that can cause this behavior, please check them accordingly:
Changes to the firewall in the company could prevent communication to the ClamAV servers
DNS problems could interfere with the hostname resolution of the ClamAV servers
The subscription of the appliance has expired
