Why are emails with the error "Received an unexpeted EOF or 0 bytes from the transport stream" not delivered?
The receiving server does not support the current SSL algorithms.
Here you have to use a transport policy for the destination domain with deactivated TLS (this is especially true for outdated Exchange 2013 servers).
