Using nfs shares requires special attention to the file lock (oplocks) settings.
If oplocks are enabled a connection failure to the storage will prevent a remount of the share.
Disable the option "OPLOCKS" following screenshot is an example configuration of a nfs share in QNAP.
Especially in cluster mode, a network error on interface 1 will prevent a failover if the nfs server does not release the share.
To prevent this, the "oplocks" setting (if available) needs to be disabled.
