What do the snapshot ID numbers in the log file mean?

Note the following example taken from a REDDOXX log file.
 
System Snapshot:8.27:0:0:1:50
 
The number is divided into different columns via a colon, each column denoting the value of a different factor.
 
1. System Load
2. CPU Load Factor (in percentage)
3. Incoming SMTP connections
4. Outgoing SMTP connections
5. Validations
