Verification failed with error #2002

MailSealer reports an Exception: Verification failed with error #2002 while trying to decrypt a mail.

Occurs when the mail has been encrypted with the wrong public key.
Possibly the certificate of the issuing e-mail address has changed, but the destination device still uses the old certificate.

Check if the partner doing the encryption is using the most current public key.
If that does not help:
The user should save the respective mail locally on their computer.
The user should then export the certificate (with the private key) and install it on their Windows or Thunderbird environment.
With a mail client, ex. MS Outlook or Thunderbird, the user can load the saved mail and unlock it.

If an error occurs here, then it is clear that the keys are not correct and the REDDOXX is not the problem.
