Sent mails from POP3 Mailboxes are not shown in the archive.

Make sure that the domain (ex. web.de) of your POP3 mailboxes is configured in the Local Domains.
For a user to see his outgoing mails, the actual e-mail address (ex. user@domain.com) needs to be entered under E-Mail Alias and assigned to the user.
